- Ensure the achievement of the goals for wholesales and retail, profitability and growth of the markets for motorcycle and non motorcycle business
- Develop and implement new market entry in the region.
- Provide data for all reports as needed including market and competition data, performance of identified competition models, promotions and the Sales Funnel metrics for our models.
- Support generation and management of leads, including the process ownership for conversion
- Help develop customer personas for each model to improve targeting of marketing activities
- Ensure that there is continuous interaction with customers on an ongoing basis with the help of the marketing teams.
- Motorcycles demand analysis, forecast, stock and orders control
- Implement brand and service guidelines in the markets at all customer touchpoints(offline and online)
- Work with the marketing team to ensure effective implementation of marketing plans for the region
- Establish a healthy and long term relationship with our distributor partners
- Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
- Notification of the deviations of the distributors according to the rules and procedures established by the agreement
- Business consulting and negotiation of the action plans for the markets
- Continuous capability development by developing, leading and motivating distributor partner teams with training (brand history, sales and product knowledge) and results seeking, systematically on a continuous basis

Job Purpose
The role of Business Manager - MEA will be part of the International Business team (EMEA) within the Global Commercial Organization. The incumbent will be responsible for business development and sales function for the MEA markets and provide support to the leadership team of EMEA and stakeholders in continuous development, working with operational activities related to the demand analysis for Motorcycles and Non- Motorcycle verticals (Apparel, GMA), ensure guarantee of minimum stock (availability at distributors), competitiveness analysis of products, allocation control and support to new distributor development, including Action Plans and legal notifications if required.
