Key Responsibilities:
Advocate for the company Onboard new customers.
Follow up on renewals.
Encourage upsells and cross-sells.
Build relationships between customers and the support team.
Be the voice of the customer.
Key skills:
1. Experience in Software selling

4. Years of Experience – 3 to 4 years

Responsibilities :
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in coming under the purview of the Account manager.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings as set by the company
Maintains the receivables from customer at < 60 days level.
