    Key Account Manager

    Location : Mumbai / Notice period : 0 to 30 days

    Key Responsibilities:

    Advocate for the company Onboard new customers.

    Follow up on renewals.

    Encourage upsells and cross-sells.

    Build relationships between customers and the support team.

    Be the voice of the customer.

    Key skills:

    1. Experience in Software selling

    2. HRMS background will be an added advantage

    3. Travelling to customer places

    4. Years of Experience – 3 to 4 years

    5. Strong Communication Skill

    Responsibilities :

     Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in coming under the purview of the Account manager.

     Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.

     Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts

     Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

     Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

     Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings as set by the company

     Maintains the receivables from customer at < 60 days level.
