    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Web Digital Mantra IT Services Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in sales. The job is located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
    • Solid knowledge of software development and digital marketing services.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
    • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review and decision-making.
    • Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Stay updated with industry developments and new product offerings to effectively communicate and promote our services to clients.
    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate new business leads.
