    We work with Enlighted (a Siemens company) LMS + IoT & Somfy to provide cutting edge energy saving & well certified IoT solutions.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Lightingale Technologies Pvt Ltd. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, conducting market research, and creating strategic plans to meet sales targets. The role will involve working with all the electrical consultants, architects, PMCs & other specifiers to build a strong & qualified pipeline for our product portfolio.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Knowledge of the lighting industry and energy efficiency solutions
    • Connect with electrical consultants is a very strong plus point
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • Experience in the technology or sustainability industry is a plus
