    Description

    We are currently searching for roles ranging from Business Development Executive to Manager at Bengaluru. This role emphasizes meeting with high-net-worth individual clients and professionals like architects/designers. It also offers the potential to ascend to regional or national positions within various divisions of our organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
    • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
    • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, dispatches, delivery, installation, repair, etc.
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 5 years' prior industry-related business development experience
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Leadsquared)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
    • Proficiency in English
    • Experience/background in interior design or architecture is a plus
    • Focused and goal-oriented
