    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to join our team at CredR. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and managing a team of sales executives. This role requires a solid understanding of field sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to achieve revenue targets.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience in field sales
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Proficient in sales reporting and analysis
    • Knowledge of the used automobile market is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Build and lead a high-performing sales team
    • Set sales goals and objectives for the team
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
    • Identify new business opportunities and key potential clients
    • Manage and nurture client relationships
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
    • Provide training and mentorship to the sales team
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
    • Participate in sales meetings and conferences
    • Ensure timely delivery of sales targets
