    In an era where popping medicines and being recommended surgery has become a common practice, QI Spine has changed the face of the game. With an algorithm developed over 12 years across millions of cases, it has treated back & neck issues in the most efficient and long-lasting approach.

    Launching in the US market in 6 months followed by the UK and the Middle East, QI Spine aims to target the $1.1 Bn market with a unique offering for all types of patients through Clinic care, Video care, and Digital care being made possible via its integrated mobile application. All of this enables tremendous experience, global exposure, and wealth generation in a short time for a dynamic, out-of-the-box thinker.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Optimize revenue and sales in a process driven manner through best practices across clinics

    2. Build seamless communication channels till the lowest layer for passing on regular targets and performance goals

    3. Drive footfall conversions across clinics and work closely with the team of front desk executives and patient counsellors

    4. Own the P&L of Western Zone independently

    5. Work closely with all Clinic Heads to understand challenges and solve for them timely

    6. Coordinate with all central teams on effective resolutions and improvements in process basis feedback from clinic teams

    7. Initiate myriad local marketing activities to drive footfalls

    8. Work on business development for Western Zone to onboard like-minded partners and business associates
