    JobDescription:

    Key Role&Responsibilities:

    • Contactingclients by telephone to negotiate terms of an agreement and usingpersuasion skills to conclude the sale
    • Workingpositively to achieve tight salestargets
    • Making accurate rapid costcalculations
    • Keeping log records oftransactions
    • Attend meeting for new sales& repeat orders in Mumbai & out of Mumbai (all overIndia)
    • Maintaining and developing a client baseto generate new business
    • Visiting clientsregularly once a working relationship has beenestablished.
    • BDM will be Sr. to BDE and willmonitor sales targets activities queries of the team reporting tohim/her.
    • Attend to client queries &coordinate with studio team & facilitate work completion asper timeframes
    • Set standards & policiesin work process
    • Select best performing BDE– Monthly & reward him for hisperformance
    • Motivating all Jr. team members& taking their daily weekly training sessions with mockcalling also visiting with the Jr. BDE for meetings during theirprobation period to boost up theirconfidence
    • Attending to customer queirescomplaints etc.
    • Will review performance ofconsolidated sales activity of H.O. franchisee's &group
    • Will study competition products &services & accordingly at repeated intervals bringinnovation in product positioning &branding
    • Key Account Manager (single point ofcontact) to the client
    • Introduce new offersschemes packages packs from time to time
    • Willreport to AVPSales

      Requirements:

    • MBA in Sales andMarketing
    • Strong applications experience(Advance Excel CRM etc.)
    • Ability to manage& lead teams. Candidates must be comfortable working in afast paced
    • constantlyevolving
    • team environment Must have superioranalytical skills
