    PRB Agro and Foods Private Limited is an India-based company specializing in the manufacturing & trading in domestic and export markets of high-quality food commodity products. Established in 2020 by Mrs Pooja Bhansali, Mr Renish Bhansali, and Mr Raj Bhansali, we take pride in producing a wide range of products, including Wheat Flour, Spices, Pulses, Rava, Semolina flour, Onion Seeds, Breads, Rusks, Sweets, and Wheat Bran, alongside our innovative Bran Cookies.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Specialist. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and acquiring new customers, managing and nurturing existing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales management tasks.

    Qualifications & Responsibilites

    • 5 -7 years of sales experience in the trading of agro-products.
    • Should have a pan India network source for the above-mentioned products
    • Drive sales initiatives for domestic and export trading of agro products (spices, wheat flour, grains, seeds, pulses, rice, sugar, cookies, etc.)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Proven track record in sales
    • Experience in conducting training sessions
    • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a sales team
    • Knowledge of market trends and competitors
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
    • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
