Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager (Female) to join our team at Billionminds Management Services Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals. This is a mid-level position with a required experience of 4 to 6 years. The job location is Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a similar role, preferably in the staffing and recruiting industry
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of the sales process and techniques
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Good understanding of the manufacturing industry
Gem setup expertise is preferred
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Professional and presentable appearance

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth targets
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales objectives
Identify new business opportunities and establish strong customer relationships
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales promotions and campaigns
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business growth
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
