    Purpose of the Role :

    To identify and Develop sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

    Responsibility and Accountability :

    1. To Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
    2. To Plan and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
    3. To Research organizations and individuals for to find new opportunities.
    4. To Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
    5. To Find and develop new markets and improving sales.
    6. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
    7. To Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
    8. To Train personnel and helping team members develop their skills
    9. To Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
    10. To understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
    11. To seek ways of improving the way the business operates
    12. To keep update of trends and changes in the Industry.
