    Are you passionate about driving results through data-driven marketing strategies? We are seeking a talented and motivated Performance Marketing Intern / Executive to join our team at Daffodils Creations in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

    As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing a strong performance marketing strategy and plan to boost our digital presence and drive meaningful growth. You will be responsible for managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI), and optimizing the cost of customer acquisition (CAC) across all digital channels.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Creating and executing a robust performance marketing strategy and execution plan.
    • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
    • Monitoring and optimizing budgets and campaigns on various digital channels to ensure strong ROI and efficient CAC.

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    • Education: Secondary (10th Pass) preferred.
    • Experience: 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a total of 1 year of work experience.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
