- Reaching out to Wealth Management Firms, MFDs, RIAs and Independent Advisors to work with us as Referral Partners for showcasing Fixed Income opportunities to their clients.
- Handholding Partners to close bond transactions and generate referral income for them.
- Completing the empanelment process with entities who want to work with us as Referral Partners.
- Prepare a calling sheet to touch base with Partners on a defined frequency and share fixed-income investment ideas.
- Handling Partners' inquiries related to bonds and transactions.
- Minimum education requirement –Post graduation shall be preferable
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Relationship manager with prior experience in the acquisition of clients and their servicing on an ongoing basis.
- Should be proficient in some regional language e.g. Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Tamil
- Should have required NISM certification
- Strong communication skills
- Good Team player
