    Job Description

  • New Business & organic growth within retained accounts.
  • Regular liaison with top 10 accounts as well as constant pulse on the import customers.
  • Ensure Pre move Surveys are conducted on time and with accuracy.
  • Periodic reporting on sales and consumption of material.
  • Evaluation of client feedback and taking corrective steps while taking preventive measures that the errors are not repeated.
  • Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to this vision.
  • Planning future capacity requirements.
  • Recognizing training needs and its implementation on a regular basis.
  • Continuously ensure all departments are using RedSky software and also must refer to reports generated through RedSky.
  • Overseeing warehouse management while Co-coordinating with the warehouse in-charge, supervisors and packers.
  • Brand awareness & business development.
  • Cost Optimization.
  • Innovation.
  • Collections.
  • Motivating, Organizing and Encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
  • Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that shipments are stored safely.
  • Must resolve any employee dispute or concerns effectively and also escalate serious matters to HR and Management.
  • Reporting to the Management for the day to day administration and functioning of the branch.
  • Organizing the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
