    RoleTitle : National Sales Head Personal Care Ingredients
    JobLocation:Mumbai
    Experience:10 years of relevant industry experience preferably selling ofspecialty products to industries like hair care oral care hygienecare skin careetc
    Aboutthe role:The job entails developing/generating business forpersonal care products by implementing / executing strategies forgrowth through the product lines of leading principals we representto achieve the division stargets.
    BriefDescription of Duties
    • Responsiblefor achieving the companys sales & receivablestargets.
    • Keeping track of industry trends aboutmarket development identifying new products competitive activitycustomers etc.
    • Develop & maintainrelations with customers including key accounts and strengthenexisting relationships
    • Must consistently trackthe development of sales strategies and act resourcefully toachieve organizational goals andobjectives.
    • Using knowledge of the market andcompetitors identify and develop the companys unique sellingpropositions and differentiators forproducts.
    • Identify new business opportunitiesfor products / Principals
    • Mentoring guidingPersonal care team.
    Skills Set/Areaof Expertise:
    • Hands on experience inPersonal Care industry with exposure of handling products likeActives Emulsifiers & Emollients Natural SurfactantsVitamins & other specialityproducts.
    • Possess good communication strategicprospecting skills
    • Sound analytical &problemsolving skills good negotiation skills & growthmindset
    • Should be willing to travelextensively
    PreferredExperience:
    • Should have commercialexperience in handling customers from industries such as Oral careSkin Care Hair Care would be an addedadvantage
    • Should have exposure in handling Keyaccounts as well as mid & small sizecustomers
    • The ideal candidates should haveexperience in handling customers from different regions ofIndia
    • Should be competent to identify newproducts/applications to grow thebusiness

    EducationalRequirement:B.Tech Cosmetology M.TechCosmetology/MBA
