Developing own network ofsuitable candidates.4. Hiring from NaukriLinkedIn etc Portals.5. Handling ofadministration and recordkeeping.6. Workingwith organizations to develop a recruitmentplan.7. Executing recruitment plansefficiently.8. Drafting and posting jobdescriptions.9. Interviewingcandidates.10. Networking with variousinstitutions and social media.11.Negotiation skills.12.
