    Description

    Weare looking for a Senior Manager Sales who can take charge of oursales team and who is enthusiastic about working in a fastpacedhigh growth company. This role would be part of the B2C salesfunction for ensuring target enrolments are achieved for ourcourses (India/International business). Reporting directly tomanagement the role would expect driving new customer acquisitionand motivating sales teams to perform beyond targets. Workexperience with Edtech isrequired.

    ResponsibilitiesandDuties:
    • SalesTargetAchievement:
    1. New Customer Acquisition
    2. Conversionof leads received through various marketingchannels
    3. Direct manage and coachsales counselors in the team and generate revenue through directsales and telesales
    4. Deliveringtargeted top line as per the business plan by meeting salestargets.
    • SalesStrategy:
    1. Developing and implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies& other promotional activities for various products toachieve targeted sales.
    2. Understandthe student s requirement and pass on the insights towards theproduct improvement based on the student interaction /feedback.
    • TeamManagement:
    1. Managing team of 30 sales personnel
    2. Training on calls/sales pitch/objectionhandling
    3. Setting team targets andensuring they are achieved
    4. Ideatingfor crossselling and upselling
    5. Strategizing and planning incentive structures based on targetsmonthly
    6. Recruitment and selectionof new team members interviews andhiring
    • ReportingandAudits:
    1. Continuous monitoring of team members basis performancemetrics
    2. Reporting the overallperformance of the team on different parameters likeweekly/biweekly revenue per salesperson average revenue per salesperson etc.
    3. Regular audits to beconducted in LeadSquared (LS) to ensure proper lead utilization byteammembers.

    Requirements

    ExperienceandQualifications:
    • 8 10 years of work experience insales
    • Must have managed a team of10
    • Excellent communication andmanagement skills
    • Deepunderstanding of conversion rates
    • Strong sales orientation and customerfocus
    • Working knowledge of CRMs andSales automation tools
    • Must beproficient in MSOffice
    • Greatobjection handlingskills
    Expecteddeliverables/KPIs:
    • Maintaining hygiene in lead funnel to arrive at desiredsales
    • Improving and maintainingsales conversion rates
    • Monitoringcalls and sales counselorsproductivity.
    • Ensuring teamproductivity is at its highest to achieve monthlytargets


    Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement instudent-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadershipexperience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Trackrecord of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towardscollective success and growth. Vibrant and optimistic mindset,adept at leveraging analytical skills for creative problem-solving.Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve challengingsituations, ensuring a delightful experience for students at everystep.
