    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the human resources industry.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • 4-6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the human resources industry
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to think strategically and solve problems
    • Self-motivated and driven to achieve success
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract and retain clients
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in the industry
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients
    • Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and expenses
    • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns
