    This position pertains to one of our business segments, namely CryptoNewsZ.

    We are hiring for Partnerships Manager for CryptoNewsZ which is a pioneer news media house covering news & events from the crypto and blockchain industry

    Requirements

    Partnership Development:

    • Identify and prospect potential partners aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Develop and execute strategies to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of partnership activities with overall business strategies.

    Relationship Building:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their needs and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and fostering a positive and collaborative working relationship.

    Negotiation and Contract Management:

    • Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for all parties.
    • Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all agreements comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for partnership growth and expansion.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.

    Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and regularly track and report on the success of partnerships.
    • Provide data-driven insights to optimize partnership strategies and activities.

    Communication and Collaboration:

    • Effectively communicate partnership goals, initiatives, and updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight partnership successes.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
    • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions.
    • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
    • Familiarity with relevant industry trends and key players.
