    Description

    Job Description :

    Job role : SRE Lead/Manager.

    • Prior experience in supporting JAVA based e-commerce application is MANDATORY.
    • Align and implement SRE principles, best practices based on ongoing Issues.
    • Closely work with Client Partners, Account Managers, and SRE Architect to prioritize the workload.
    • Should be able to lead a 30+ members SRE team with respect day to day standup, status update to leaderships, SRE trainings,
    • Should have solid leve2/level 3 support experience in large eCommerce platforms, retail applications and database.
    • Should have knowledge of Production Application Support, debugging skills, Logs analysis and ITSM tools (JIRA/Confluence/ ServiceNow) process such as Incident, Change, Problem management, CAB approval process.
    • Hands on experience in Monitoring, Logging, Alerting, Dashboarding, and report generation in any monitoring tools such as Nagios /Splunk/ Dynatrace/Datadog /CloudWatch/ELK/Prometheus/New Relic, Grafana etc).
    • Experience working with postman.
    • Experience in writing SQLs, Scripting, and Automation capabilities in any of the leading programming tools such as Shell, Python etc.
    • Experience working with version controlling system platforms such as, GitHub/Bitbucket/SVN: Git hub preferred.
    • Knowledge of CI/CD platform is mandatory. It is good to have hands- on knowledge.
    • Experience in Linux based platforms.
    • Cloud Hyper scalers: Microsoft Azure. [ Google Cloud/AWS is Optional]
    • Prefer to have Cloud Fundamental certification and added advantage on Architectural level knowledge.
    • Should be familiar with Cloud Services specifically mapping to Monitoring/Security
    • Monitoring: Good knowledge with infrastructure & application monitoring tools.
    • Industry Domain: Retail/e-Commerce domain Knowledge.
    • Ability to clearly communicate and understand a technical idea/concept.
    • Ability to work in a professional environment while interacting with peers and stakeholders.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
