    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager-Safety to join our team at Pammvi Group Of Companies. As a Business Development Manager-Safety, you will be responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities in the safety industry. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience and will be based in Mumbai. Join us in our mission to drive growth and expand our market presence in various industries including pharmaceutical, laboratories, food safety, petrochemical, hotels, and more.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 4 to 6 years of experience in business development within the safety industry
    • Should be selling products like safety gloves,gas detectors and other safety products
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • In-depth knowledge of the safety industry, including regulations and standards
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the safety industry, focusing on industries such as pharmaceutical, laboratories, food safety, petrochemical, hotels, and more
    • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and actively seek ways to expand our customer base
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
    • Stay updated with industry regulations and standards, and ensure compliance in all business activities
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
    • Track market and competitor activities, and provide regular reports to senior management
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's product and services
