    Job Title: Business Development Manager (Photography Editing Services)

    Job Summary: Our photography editing services company is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and generate new business from overseas clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseas marketing and sales, account management, and creating alliances. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospects, closing deals, and achieving targets while working in shifts as per timezones.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute a business development plan to meet sales targets and expand the company's customer base.

    Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals.

    Contact prospects through email, phone, and online meetings to market and sell the company's photography editing services.

    Create partnerships and alliances with overseas companies to expand the company's presence in the market.

    Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

    Work with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services and customer satisfaction.

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the company CRM system.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field or any graduate.

    Experience in business development and sales, preferably in the photography editing services industry.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships with customers and partners.

    Strong negotiation and closing skills with an ability to work independently and achieve targets.

    Experience in working with clients from overseas and familiar with different time zones.

    Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.

    Willingness to work in shifts as per different time zones.
