    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at RankBloc Services. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and expanding our business through strategic partnerships and client acquisition. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'. The ideal candidate for this role will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in business development or a related field
    • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets
    • Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders
    • Proficiency in sales operations and CRM software
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and prospect potential clients to develop new business opportunities
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to key decision-makers
    • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable growth for the company
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company
    • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market insights to the management team
