    Sponsorship Sales Manager - Mumbai, India - Fashion TV India

    Description
    We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSponsorship Sales Manager/Head to drive sponsorship revenue for ourevents across India. The ideal candidate will have a proven trackrecord in sponsorship sales within the hospitalityindustry.
    KeyResponsibilities:
    1. SponsorshipSalesStrategy:
    • Developand implement a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy for eventshosted by F bar F Cafe F House and F Breweryfranchises.
    • Identify potential sponsors andcreate compelling sponsorshippackages.
    1. ClientRelationshipManagement:
    • Cultivateand maintain strong relationships with potential and existingsponsors.
    • Collaborate with clients tounderstand their marketing objectives and tailor sponsorshippackagesaccordingly.
    1. EventCollaboration:
    • Workclosely with the events team to integrate sponsorships seamlesslyinto event plans.
    • Collaborate with internalteams to ensure sponsor expectations are met orexceeded.
    1. RevenueGeneration:
    • Meetand exceed monthly and annual sponsorship revenuetargets.
    • Negotiate and finalize sponsorshipagreements while ensuring mutual benefits for bothparties.
    1. MarketAnalysis:
    • Stayinformed about industry trends competitor activities and marketdemands to identify new sponsorshipopportunities.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing or a related field (Masters degree isa plus).
    • Proven experience in sponsorship saleswithin the hospitality or eventsindustry.
    • Strong negotiation and communicationskills.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceedsales targets.
    • Exceptional client relationshipmanagement skills.
    • Creativity in developinginnovative sponsorship packages.
    • Familiaritywith the hospitality and entertainmentsector.

    WorkingConditions:
    • PAN Indiarole with potential travel.
    • Fulltimeposition.
    • Monday to Friday arepotential workingday
