    Company description:

    Propelld is a Bangalore-based FinTech startup specializing in lending in the Education segment. With a client base of more than 500 Institutes and 1,000+ centres across India, with an annual disbursal run rate of INR 600 Crores and NPAs below 1%, we are among the best-managed & quickest-growing loan portfolios. Founders are IIT Madras/IIM graduates with experience working across functions at MNC banks. Propelld is a Series-B funded startup with a strong team of 200 brilliant professionals.

    Role & Responsibilities:


    • Responsible for interacting with counsellors of Propelld partnered training

    Institutes.


    • Interacting and following up with student borrowers


    • Co-ordinating for loan process approval, logistics and documentation to

    final disbursal of loan to the student.


    • Maintaining customer focus at all times and responding to customer

    enquiries over email, phone and chat.


    • Maintaining knowledge of all existing and upcoming products/services of

    the company.


    • Capturing customer feedback and channelizing to internal teams for

    appropriate action.


    • Monitoring real-time dashboards and coordinating with experts whenever required.

    Required SkillSet:


    • Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, people-person;


    • Strong multi-tasking skills;


    • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.


    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

    Qualifications:

    • Freshers can apply
    • Strong communication in English and Hindi.
    • Knowledge of education loan products and the education sector is a plus.
