    Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

    Location:Mumbai (West)– India

    Overview: We are looking for a Manager, Assistant Sales based in Mumbai. To be successful in this role, you should have 5-7 years of experience in the Audio / AV Industry and passion to drive Sales by expanding Customer & Channel base while taking accountability for reaching set Revenue targets. You will be responsible for sales across all product lines. Existing connect & relationship with the relevant Channel and experience of handling customers directly across Industry verticals, basic techno-commercial knowledge, and awareness about the trends in the industry, strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude, and willingness to travel across the locations in West will be the key requisites for this position.

    Responsibilities

    1. Drive Sales and create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives.
    2. Engage with Channel partners across all business verticals and drive business through them.
    3. Engage with End Customers directly across business verticals to position the brand and create business opportunities.
    4. Reach out to customers / channel partners across the region and expand business in Rest of the West region.
    5. Engage with Pre-Sales / Technical team to give the right Solution to the customer / channel partners and handle competition.
    6. Managing business pipeline, regular planning & forecasting for healthy Sales operations.

    Qualifications

    1. Strong knowledge of the pro-audio markets within India.
    2. Must reside within India.
    3. Must speak, write, and read English, Hindi.
    4. Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in the professional audio industry
    5. Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in professional sales.
    6. Ability to make decisions within designated area of responsibility.
    7. Strong presenter skills in small and large group settings.
    8. Willingness to travel within the region.
    9. Passionate about selling with deep understanding of sales process.
    10. Possess strong knowledge of the pro-audio markets within India.
    11. Possess strong computer skills.
    12. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting specific deadlines.
