    Job Overview

    We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Manager B2B. As a Sales Manager B2B, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client accounts. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager B2B with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
    • Demonstrated success in developing and closing new business opportunities
    • Experience in lead generation and pipeline management
    • Proficiency in market research and analysis
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales plans
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets through effective B2B sales strategies
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
    • Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
    • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
    • Develop and execute sales plans, including target setting and performance monitoring
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
    • Negotiate contract terms and close deals with clients
    • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead in the market
    • Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights to the management team
