    We are seeking a highly experienced BDM Specialist for our company to join our team and drive revenue growth for our business. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven experience in developing and implementing business- strategies at any Banking sectors or NBFS's. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a track record of delivering results. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize sales processes, and maximize revenue streams

    Key Responsibility :

    1. Market research and analysis ;

    · Develop and implement strategies to get attention for fund investors

    · Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for business expansion

    · Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop strategies for business growth

    2. Client Acquisition :

    · Identify and target prospective clients, including individuals, businesses, and institutions.

    · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

    3. Product Promotion :

    · Educate clients about the features and benefits of the bank's offerings and how they can address their financial needs

    · Promote the bank's products and services to prospective clients through various channels, including presentations, meetings, and networking events

    4. Revenue Generation :

    · Meet or exceed revenue targets by effectively selling the Nidhi's products and services.

    · Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure profitable deals for the bank while meeting client requirements

    5. Cross selling and up selling :

    · Track and analyse sales and revenue data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

    · Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

    · Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services to existing clients

    · Collaborate with other departments, such as wealth management and investment banking, to offer comprehensive solutions to clients

    6. Relationship Management :

    · Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners

    · Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with personalized financial advice and solutions.

    7. Compliance And Risk Management :

    · Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures

    · Assess and mitigate risks associated with new business opportunities and client relationships

    • COMMUNICATION: English, Kannada & Hindi is a must.
